We stayed overnight at this farm and enjoyed cooking lessons (nactamales, tortillas, and tostones), food, music, and friendship. Everything was wonderful. Many thanks to Pedro, his family and his friends!

These musicians playd wonderful Nicaraguan music for us. They are watching themselves on a tape made by Pip starr, an australian filmmaker who is working on documentary aabout coffee, the crisis, and Fair Trade.
